What does the survey cover?

Cash costs for:

• Cooperage packaging
• Bottling

• Full- and part-time labor

• Utilities, office supplies, and miscellaneous

Fixed costs for:

• Insurance
• Property tax
• Maintenance
• Depreciation

VIVI’s promise

Our sole mission is to provide information to help our clients make better decisions. We do not produce, purchase, sell or invest in wine. VIVI’s role is to be a third-party administer of this survey, aggregate the information from respondents, and report back the industry averages.

When you join the Production Cost Survey, you have no commitments. You can pick and choose the information you wish to share.

Your submission is protected by VIVI's General Confidentiality Agreement. VIVI reports data only after there are at least 300 responses. This ensures that your information remains proprietary to you.
